The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager/Controller to enhance our financial operations and lead both on-site and remote teams. Whether you’re a CPA or have equivalent qualifications (MBA, strong tax accounting background, robust financial reporting experience, technology expertise, etc.), we want a seasoned professional who excels at implementing scalable processes and driving strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Budgeting & Planning : Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets; analyze variances.
• Internal Controls : Establish robust internal controls to prevent fraud and protect data integrity; oversee audits.
• Accounts Oversight : Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to tax, labor, and financial regulations; handle regulatory reporting.
• Leadership : Oversee an on-site bookkeeping team and a growing remote team; coach and develop staff.
• Technology & Systems : Lead the implementation of financial software; leverage AI and automation tools.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 5–7 years in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or comparable credentials.
• Skills : Financial reporting proficiency, strategic thinking, and advanced technology aptitude (e.g., SQL, AI).
• Leadership : Proven ability to manage on-site and remote teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Mindset : Collaborative, comfortable with younger colleagues and evolving technologies, dedicated to continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
