We are seeking a strong Finance leader to manage the Americas Consumer Payment Reconciliations Team for Americas within the Order to Cash organization. - Solid understanding of the end-to-end O2C process specifically in credit card services and other consumer payment methods preferred
- High level knowledge of GAAP, SOX, reconciliation, general ledger, finance and accounting processes preferred
- Strong technical skills (Excel, SAP, or other databases) preferred
- Strong process and data analytical skills with ability to translate analytics into concrete business insights, and proactively partner with key collaborators to drive improvement
- Experience in business process re-engineering and technology solutions

Description Description Build and retain an impactful team to deliver key performance results Establish team goals and objectives, and delegate as appropriate to a staff of direct reports Ensure GAAP, company finance policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, banking and credit card regulations, and tax and legal requirements are followed Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive reconciliation, reporting, and accounting of payment processing transactions Proactively partner with business collaborators to drive concrete opportunities Partner with GPO to support cross-regional sharing Partner with multiple teams to support NPI, GEO Expansion and other key business initiatives that impact credit card and alternative payment processes Maintain an awareness of payment industry trends and changes, and understand how they may impact Apple's processes both from compliance and operational perspectives Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and credit card networks, and serve as the critical issue point for individuals within the team Participate in the development of processes for credit card/consumer payment accounting as they relate to new programs and products in which Apple might engage Create and distribute any related analysis and reporting Work closely with Information Systems & Technology, Order-to-Cash, and various Business Finance groups to ensure that root causes are identified, processes are sustainable, scalable, and produce accurate results Lead and implement complex projects with substantial impact to the organization Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; master's degree or accounting certification is preferred Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
