General Summary
Primary focus in management of all Eastern Athletic Fund (EAF) special events, coordinating game day hospitality for football and men?s and women?s basketball and overseeing all EAF donor stewardship initiatives. The secondary focus will be on identifying new prospects as a pipeline builder, with the opportunity to develop as a major gifts officer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Three years of progressively responsible work experience in development, marketing or communications.
Ability to manage, plan and organize, set priorities and establish work objectives, follow through on assignments; exhibit flexibility; anticipate work issues and problems; and provide leadership to projects.
Proficiency in personal computing skills including Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; willingness to learn donor management program and other relevant software.
Ability to work professionally with external constituencies while effectively presenting, listening, and communicating both orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in non-profit organization or University setting preferred.
