Crop Farm Manager position available on a 2,500 plus acre, 1,200 cow modern dairy farm in Central New York State. MUST have a passion for growing excellent forage crops and an understanding of the important role excellent forages play in milk production. A degree and / or experience in agronomy is preferred. This position leads a team that plants and harvests mostly forage and some grain crops. Equipment is mostly newer and very well maintained. Candidate must have a current driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL and a pesticide applicator's license. Excellent salary and benefits including housing, utilities, health insurance and retirement.
