Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Associate Project Manager to lead data consolidation and analytics efforts, oversee project management activities, and support process improvements across the organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and effective data analysis, developing business solutions, managing GCO (Global Clinical Operations) projects, and presenting key insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, process re-engineering, and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data consolidation and analytics for specific deliverables, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Oversee data reconciliation efforts, identifying and addressing data anomalies.
• Field escalated data issues, applying process re-engineering strategies to resolve them.
• Oversee the implementation of business process improvements and document end-to-end business processes.
• Develop, document, and regularly update business process documents to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Track and present department metrics to GCO leadership, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Evaluate internally built business solutions and external software solutions, modeling business logic and demonstrating their effectiveness.
• Support proposal formulation for business solutions and SaaS vendors, contributing to the selection and implementation of solutions.
• Prepare and present data reports, training materials, business presentations, and educational content for internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and oversee methodologies and systems for managing GCO project portfolios.
• Maintain and track the status of GCO projects, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders on key accomplishments, risks, and upcoming activities.
• Support teams in developing business cases for key GCO projects to assess business opportunities, including cost savings and improvements to compliance or quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings to ensure alignment and progress toward key project deliverables.
• Work with project teams to define, capture, and track actions, decisions, issues, and risks, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
• Experience with data modeling and analysis in Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting in front of a group, conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; PMP certification preferred or demonstrated experience in leading projects.
