$0.52-$0.65 depending on experience level and productivity. The scale assumes at least 1 year experience . Trainees start at $0.42 a mile.
In 2024, our top earner made $117,000 . We had several others in the $100,000 and many above $80,000 . That was BEFORE our most recent raise.
6 to 9 days out , most resets at home
