Job Description

North Pacific Mechanical, LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial Service Technician to join our team. If you have extensive experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and installation, we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will be motivated, team-oriented individuals eager to grow with our company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
• O6A Electrical License
• Expertise in servicing commercial equipment, including walk-ins (coolers and freezers), condensing units, evaporators, MUAs, ice machines, prep tables, exhaust fans, RTUs, and more.
• Availability for on-call rotation

Duties Include:

• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain and ensure all service tools and vehicles are in good working order, keeping tools functional and vehicles clean and operational.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Use your 5+ years of experience to perform tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and work with dispatch to maintain the schedule and communicate any delays.
• Ensure company vehicle is in good condition, reporting mechanical issues as they arise.
• Identify and report opportunities for additional business, such as system upgrades, service contracts, and other services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC and refrigeration service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly.
• Excellent work ethic and self-starter mentality.
• EPA License required.
• O6A Electrical License required.
