We are seeking an organized and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing internal and external communications strategies that promote the company’s mission and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for creating clear, effective messaging that resonates with both internal stakeholders and the public.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote Bela Brand Bat.
• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and setting up interviews.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Support the creation of content for the company website and other platforms.
• Organize and coordinate company events, including press conferences and trade shows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other communication tools.
• Previous experience in communications, public relations, or a similar field is preferred.
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field is a plus.
