We’re looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator to produce engaging video content for social media. The ideal candidate understands the latest social media trends, storytelling techniques, and video editing styles that drive engagement. This role requires expertise in content planning, video production, and post-production editing, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.

• Align content with brand strategy, tone, and campaign goals.
• Research trends, scripting engaging hooks, and developing a strong shot list.
• Plan, schedule, and organize shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, locations, and equipment setup.

• Capture high-quality footage with multiple takes to ensure the best possible content.
• Make real-time adjustments to framing, lighting, and performance for clarity and engagement.
• Direct on-camera talent (if applicable) to maximize authenticity and audience connection.

• Cut, trim, and refine footage for maximum impact and storytelling flow.
• Add branding elements such as logos, captions, animations, and text overlays.
• Sync content with trending audio and enhance visuals with transitions and effects.
• Optimize video formats for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Proven experience in video content creation, social media production, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and engagement strategies.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and trending music/audio.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative storytelling.

• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Background in photography, videography, or graphic design.
