What You’ll Do:
• Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, and client communications.
• Support video content creation, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain organization in both the physical workspace and digital files.
• Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute ideas for marketing and social media strategies.

• Experience with video editing, graphic design, or photo editing software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut, etc.).
• Knowledge of videography, photography, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with programming tools or website management platforms.
About the Position:
This is the first time we’re hiring an Office Assistant, so we’re looking to start part-time and see how the role develops. If everything works out, we’d love to expand the position into a full-time role.
