Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of events that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their vision and needs, ensuring all expectations are met.
• Provide clients with regular updates, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff coordination, to ensure smooth event operations.
• Organize materials, resources, and equipment to ensure everything is in place for seamless event execution.
• Offer hands-on support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of events and achieve client goals.
• Collect valuable feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement.
• Compile post-event reports to evaluate the success and impact of each event, contributing to future event strategies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
