Captura Hall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our event management team. In this role, you will play an integral part in planning, coordinating, and executing various events while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any immediate needs or issues.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure their vision is achieved.
• Prepare event reports and provide feedback to improve future events.
• Manage administrative tasks related to event planning, including schedules, budgets, and contracts.
