Job Description:
As an Events Assistant at Mark Rink, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure that all aspects of our events run smoothly, from logistics and coordination to client interaction. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who is passionate about event planning.

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including scheduling, venue selection, and logistics.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure all event requirements are met.

  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate on-site activities, such as setup, registration, and event flow.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Assist in managing budgets and maintaining accurate records of event expenses.

  • Provide general administrative support to the events team as needed.
