: As an Events Assistant at Property Soar, you will play a vital role in supporting and organizing various events, including property showings, client meetings, and team-building activities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth event logistics, coordinating schedules, and assisting with the planning and execution of events. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering top-notch experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including real estate showings, meetings, and client engagements.
• Manage event logistics, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and ensuring all materials are prepared.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with company goals and client expectations.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain event calendars, manage registrations, and handle any last-minute adjustments.
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and preparing event reports.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle event-related logistics and manage several tasks at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in event planning is a plus, but not required.
