We are seeking Loan Officers to become part of our squad at the Lake Success headquarters. Responsibilities: • Benefit from our relationship with the top lenders in the country to offer the best speed, service, and technology. • Work closely with your team and collaborate on leads, training, and focusing on how to get better every day. • Leads are provided for Loan Officers looking to add to their book of referral business. • Take advantage of being coached up by our seasoned team of industry leaders. • Have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top originators in New York. Qualifications: • Ideal candidates are seasoned professionals with established referral sources. • Loan Officers aiming to increase their monthly loan volume from 2-3 loans to over 10 loans and beyond are encouraged to apply . • MLOs transitioning from retail and correspondent roles to avoid losing deals to brokers will find this opportunity appealing. • Motivated individuals seeking a high multiple six-figure income and interested in working with a leading mortgage broker in the New York market are welcome to join. • Those motivated by the potential for a six-figure income will thrive in this position. • While experience working for a broker is advantageous, we are equipped to coach and train individuals with the right mindset. • Proficiency in technology and familiarity with mortgage software is necessary, Salesforce experience is a bonus but not mandatory. • A current NMLS license in NY is a must, however, support can be provided to obtain licenses in other 32 states.
