Location: North MN Market / Remote (Must Live in MN)

Compensation: Base Salary $75K-95K + Bonus + Company Car + Full Benefits
Remote (MUST LIVE WITHIN THE TERRITORY) - PAID RELOCATION AVAILBLE 

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic field claims team. This role involves conducting thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements of property claims to deliver an exceptional claims experience for our clients. Utilize innovative technologies, including drones and virtual claim handling software, to expertly guide clients through the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and virtual inspections of damaged properties.
• Determine applicable policy coverage and prepare written estimates.
• Initiate contact with all relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
• Negotiate and settle assigned claims efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software such as Xactimate.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related education and training.
• Maintain appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a mobile office/company vehicle.
• Physical dexterity to conduct inspections, including climbing ladders and navigating challenging environments.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Willingness to respond to catastrophic duty when required.
