What You’ll Do

As a Finance Manager at My Financing USA, you’ll be the expert customers trust to guide them through financing options.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend financial products, including service contracts, GAP insurance, and extended warranties.
  • Closing deals by securing financing approvals and negotiating the best terms with lenders.
  • Driving revenue by collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and maximize profitability.
  • Managing the transaction process, from deal submission to final paperwork, using platforms such as DealerTrack and Dealer Center.
  • Following up with customers to upsell additional products, maintain strong relationships, and encourage repeat business.
  • Staying informed on financial products, market trends, and emerging sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer service and closing deals.

You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in RV, boat, power sports, or automotive sales finance.
  • Extensive knowledge of how to structure complex retail sales financing deals.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong coachability and a proactive eagerness to continuously develop and enhance sales skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams to ensure timely loan closures.
  • Typing Proficiency : Must type at a speed of 60 words per minute or higher, with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in RV, boat, automotive, or power sports finance and sales.
  • Proficiency with dealer systems like DealerTrack, AppOne, or similar platforms.
