Hy Global LLC is seeking a dynamic Front Desk and Sales Assistant to join our team in Ontario, California.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Reception
--Warmly welcome visitors, including clients, partners, and vendors, and handle incoming calls and basic inquiries.
-- Maintain a professional and tidy office environment.
2. Sales Assistance
--Support the sales team in communicating with clients, including processing orders, following up on client requests, and addressing general concerns. Assist with new bid jobs, including working on 2020 files, PPT and Excel file to support bids.
-- Manage and update sales documents, client files, and other relevant data. Archive documents for signed projects, filing final drawings, contracts, worker’s job orders, and other files. Ensure packing slips and sales orders match drawings, verifying all details for accuracy. Complete tasks assigned by the Sales Manager promptly and accurately.
-- Assist in organizing client meetings, tours, and cabinet sample presentations. Assist the sales manager in resolving on-site issues and provide support to other workers as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or higher. Related knowledge or experience is a plus.
2. Skills:
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with 2020 Design software is preferred. If not, training will be provided.
-- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
3. Language: Fluent in English.
4. Experience: Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or sales assistant is preferred. A background in the construction, cabinetry, or home furnishing industries is a bonus.
