The Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to understand their needs
and present tailored solutions for their projects. Whether you’re new to sales or a seasoned
professional, our proven training program and support will set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend services.
• Deliver professional presentations that outline project solutions and value.
• Provide detailed, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.

What You Bring:

• Motivation: A strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
• People Skills: Ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
• Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Willingness to meet with clients during evenings or weekends as needed.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is helpful.

Experience in sales or home improvement is appreciated but not required.
