Lifeguard/Pool Operator (Flex) - (Recreation Assistant) NF-02

At our new Aquatics Center - the best pool facility in Interior Alaska!

Join our team as a  Pool Operator/Lifeguard on Fort Wainwright! Enjoy a flexible or full-time work schedule year-round.
If you are not a certified lifeguard, but you are a competent swimmer you can qualify for a lifeguard trainee position and we can certify you while you are getting paid! A job on Fort Wainwright gives you access to everything else: 100,000 square foot field house, ice rink, 24-hour fitness (all free of charge)

Qualifications:

Possess and maintain the following certificates.

• American Red Cross "Lifeguard" certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Certification.
• American Red Cross "Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional Rescuer" (CPR-Pro) certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis & Associates (CPR) Certification.
• American Red Cross "Automated External Defibrillator" (AED) certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis & Associates AED certification.
