Maintenance Technician
Location: Meadow View Apartments, 15 Woodhill Dr, Springboro, OH 45066

As a Maintenance Technician at Olde Towne Apartments, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining facilities, ensuring machinery, plumbing, and electrical systems are in top condition. Your tasks will include inspecting buildings, performing repairs, and scheduling maintenance to prevent issues. Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call rotating

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Monthly bonus per unit ($125 per renewal, shared among all employees)
• Quarterly KPI bonus (if metrics are met)
• Annual bonus

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)

As a Maintenance Technician at Olde Towne Apartments, your responsibilities will include:

• Restoring vacated apartments to “market ready” status promptly and according to the Property Manager’s timetable.
• Handling maintenance requests and work orders assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assisting in maintaining the property’s physical integrity, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Inspecting vacated apartments and performing necessary repairs and replacements.
• Checking lights, windows, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and other components.
• Assisting with painting, cleaning, and debris removal.
• Reporting supply needs and performing other tasks as requested.
• MUST be ok with rotating on call every OTHER week

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
