Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality plastic components and assemblies using CAD and SolidWorks.
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest of quality, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project management, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project objectives, milestones, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
