Job Summary

At Eduplanet21, we uniquely address a critical problem in education–the need for a streamlined, manageable curriculum that is understood by school based staff, boards of education, and communities.  Our cutting-edge curriculum management system provides flexible templates and designs that offer constructive choices for systems to construct the most effective way to document their curriculum that include standards alignment, learning performance targets and assessments across grades and subjects, and an integrated approach to essential life skills that prepare students with skills for their future.  Our platform provides reports with data on how well the curricular goals are met and how that affects the health of learning and the performance of the students.  We provide a wide range of professional learning and coaching resources to ensure implementation and sustainability.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to spearhead lead generation activities and drive new customer acquisition efforts for our sales team.  This hybrid role combines a passion for education and technology with the ability to create and distribute compelling content about our  innovative curriculum management system which will be used to generate qualified leads for our sales team.  You will be a key player in driving awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales for our company.  

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can:

• Identify topics, 
• Develop content, and,
• Utilize that content through various marketing activities to generate leads for our sales team.  

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Performance will be based on the ability to deliver duties and responsibilities, achievement of a weekly lead generation target, and ability to analyze and present applicable metrics to EP21 leadership.

Monthly Blog

• On a monthly basis (one per month):
  • Identify a Blog Topic based on research, and industry trends related to our solution
  • Write the Blog for approval by EP21 leadership
  • Post the blog to our Web-site
  • Post the blog on appropriate social media channels 

Monthly Case Study - Customer Success Story

• On a monthly basis (one per month):
  • Perform an interview with a selected customer (video preferred)
  • Record the video Identify a Blog Topic based on research, and industry trends related to our solution
  • Write a blog or for approval by EP21 leadership
  • Post the to our Web-site
  • Post the on appropriate social media channels 

Social Media Posts

• 1(one) to 2(two) times per week
  • Create a post based on research, and industry trends related to our solution
  • Write the post for approval by EP21 leadership
  • Post to appropriate social media channels

Newsletter 

• On a quarterly basis :
  • Identify items to be included in our quarterly
  • Write the newsletter 
  • Gain approval by EP21 leadership
  • Distribute the newsletter to appropriate channels 

Webinar (free)

• On a quarterly basis :
  • Identify a topic or resource for a quarterly
  • Determine the webinar date (collaboratively with outside entity if necessary)
  • Schedule the webinar via zoom
  • Advertise via email, social media, and other resources as needed
  • Manage registrations
  • Participate in the webinar as needed
  • Write the newsletter 
  • Gain approval by EP21 leadership
  • Distribute the newsletter to appropriate channels 

Google Ads

• Create and manage an ongoing, evergreen  Google Ads campaign
• Monitor and reports metrics and results to leadership

Linked in Campaigns

• Based on existing data, identify campaigns based on research, and industry trends related to our solution
• Write and manage the campaign
• Monitor and reports metrics and results to leadership
