Job Overview : We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher at Jagalchi SF, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cutting high-quality meats and seafood, ensuring exceptional presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Expertly cut, trim, debone, and portion various meats and seafood.
• Advise customers on selections and cooking techniques for meat and seafood.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, track waste, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
• Knowledge of proper handling and storage techniques for meat and seafood.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
