Job Description

Mud Plant Roustabout works rotationally in Alpine (North Slope), Alaska; working in the newest and most advanced Mud Plant, this position is instrumental in supporting drilling activity in the Alpine area.

WORK LOCATION:  North Slope, Alaska 

SCHEDULE: 2 Weeks On/Off, Rotational 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• General duties as assigned (including but not limited to cleaning, painting, clean floors, cleaning vehicles, removing trash, etc.)
• Perform labor for mixing and transferring fluids as directed (including but not limited to lifting sack product, communicating with loader and equipment operators, cleaning site and other general items associated with mixing)
• Perform SAA/RAA, oily waste, recording and collecting appropriate documentation
• Perform Task Hazard Assessment or Job Safety Analysis for all work and take corrective actions to mitigate risk and hazards
• Report to and coordinate all activities with Lead Operator
• Be committed to the safety and well-being of people
• Be proactive and positive in their approach to work and work relationships
• Be organized and effective in use of time and resources
• Communicate and collaborate effectively
• Seek to improve personally, gain knowledge, seek and value feedback from others

MINIMUUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification
