Job Title : NetSuite ERP Specialist (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and manage NetSuite ERP system ensuring it meets business needs and industry best practices.
• Customize NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials Inventory Order Management CRM) to align with business requirements.
• Manage and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Provide ongoing support and training to endusers troubleshoot issues and resolve systemrelated problems.
• Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking and monitor system performance.
• Ensure timely application of system updates patches and new features to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct system testing for new configurations and integrations documenting all customizations processes and procedures.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and suggest actionable solutions through NetSuite.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
• Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP including system administration configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials CRM Inventory Order Management and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder for customizations.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs or thirdparty tools.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
