Job Description

Work Schedule :

This is a part time, 0.5 FTE position. You will be scheduled week 1 Wednesday, 4:15 PM - 8:15 PM, Thursday 4:15 PM - 8:15 PM, Saturday 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM and week 2 Tuesday, 3:15 PM - 8:15 PM, Wednesday 3:15 PM - 8:15 PM, and Sunday 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Bilingual to:

  • Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population.
  • Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
  • Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
