At Northwest Enforcement we do security differently. We are transparent with our team and clients. We look for team members that want to provide value to the team and the community we serve, because nothing less will do.
Our Patrol Officers typically work either a Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday set schedule. If you select or are offered to work back half of the week as your primary schedule (Wed - Sat), there is a $0.50 shift differential to your base pay wage.
Shifts are usually 11.5 hours.
Patrol Officer wage range starts at $23.00 per hour with an opportunity for a raise every quarter.
After your probationary period (90 days) we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are available to our full-time team members (the company pays a percentage of the premiums). You also qualify for Protected Sick Time (PST). Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after one year for full-time team members. We also offer perks such as a discounted gym membership, quarterly access to the Columbia Employee store and a boot stipend on your anniversary!
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, FREE DPSST certification is available if needed and we provide uniforms for all our team members.
Team members are also offered a variety of other classes such as DPSST Armed training, ASP classes, OC Pepper Spray, De-escalation, Trauma Informed Care, First Aid and CPR, and more!
