Job Title : Lead Product Line Manager

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern

Location : onsite Beaverton, OR

Employment Type : contract

Pay Rate: $44 -$48/hr.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a Lead Product Line Manager!

We’re looking for someone who will innovate and lead within the footwear industry. This role focuses on the Expression side of the Footwear Creation process, requiring expertise in footwear trends, color, graphics, and materials. You’ll analyze market trends and consumer insights to create products that resonate with athletes. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Lead Product Line Manager, you’ll manage the Color, Graphics, and Materials of footwear, building cohesive product lines and journeys for Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ footwear. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Design, Development, and Engineering, and guide product creation to ensure growth, profitability, and alignment with business objectives. Your role includes overseeing financial results, monitoring project progress, and delivering impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also build strong relationships with the Running team, Merchandising, and Brand to ensure alignment on product initiatives and strategies.

You'll collaborate with teams across Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, and Brand to create industry-leading running shoes with compelling and impactful stories.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of product experience
  • Strong connection to running, both from a sport and cultural perspective
  • Proven track record of strong business acumen and strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional product eye and style sensibility
  • Trend foresight and an understanding of the industry
  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to tell compelling stories that inspire and inform
  • Experience in strategic thinking, product line management, and franchise management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in women’s high fashion, brands, retail, merchandising, or design
  • Entrepreneurial spirit (e.g., someone who has launched their own brand)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
