Allen Austin is proud to partner with Central States, a leader in the metal building components industry, in the search for a Product Manager to drive product innovation, align product evolution with market demands, and maintain a competitive edge.

This role is pivotal in managing product lifecycles, fostering innovation, and anticipating market shifts to position Central States as a forward-thinking industry leader.

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps, outlining key enhancements and long-term strategies.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring market relevance, profitability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to drive product success.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic business cases, market insights, and resource allocation.
• Lead innovation efforts by identifying and conceptualizing new products and enhancements.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate product strategies, updates, and changes effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging customer and market feedback to refine strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience managing complex projects within the construction materials sector.

📍 Location: Office-based with 10-15% travel as needed.

• $110,000 Base Salary
• 10% Bonus
• 10% Profit Share
• Employee Owned Stock Option Plan
