Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role: Our client, a dynamic engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can lead survey projects and manage multiple offices, including a satellite office in Washington State. The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects primarily in the Hayward office, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage survey projects across multiple locations, with a primary focus on the Hayward office.
Provide support to the Washington State satellite office.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and governing agencies to secure necessary approvals.
Conduct site visits, field inspections, and lead project meetings.
Prepare and review project proposals, reports, and documentation.
Implement quality control and assurance processes to maintain high standards of work.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil engineering and land surveying.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineering (PE) License in California.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of survey methodologies, civil engineering principles, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from different office locations as needed.
