General Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a General Manager in a fine dining restaurant
• High-volume experience of at least $15mm annually
• Expert wine knowledge
• Strong financial acumen
• New restaurant opening experience

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruit exceptional staff members and oversee training
• Develop annual budgets with full P&L oversight
• Foster a safe and healthy work environment
• Guarantee food quality and 100% guest satisfaction
• Build a strong personal network / drive community outreach
