Job Description

Join a dynamic and industry-leading national restoration and construction company specializing in mitigation, restoration, remediation, water, fire, mold, large loss, and catastrophic loss. With a proven track record of excellence, they pride themselves on delivering top-notch services and solutions to our clients nationwide. Based in Greensboro, NC they are experiencing great growth of 30% year-over-year. They have offices in Greensboro, Raleigh/Durham, Atlanta, Miami and NJ.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in the sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting their comprehensive services in the areas of mitigation, restoration, remediation, and large-scale catastrophe response.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners, commercial (hospitality, healthcare, education, institutions, multi-family, large loss, and catastrophic).
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that align with our services in mitigation, restoration, and large-scale catastrophe response.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and operational staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the restoration and construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mitigation, restoration, and construction services, including expertise in water, fire, mold, and catastrophic loss.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
  • Results-driven: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 plus years of successful sales experience, particularly in the restoration and construction industry but open to someone who comes from the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, etc.) Someone fresh out of college who is self-motivated, willing to learn and excited about the opportunity to become part of a top restoration and construction team and grow!
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
