This is a fully remote position, with 2 weeks of onsite training in Chicago, IL.

Start Date: Early February

Duration: 2-4 months, with the possibility of extension

Location : Remote, with 2 weeks of onsite training in Downtown Chicago

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm CST

Compensation: $20/hour

Our client, one of the top outplacement firms in the country, seeks a full-time, remote, Resume Writer to join their team! As a Resume Writer, you will be tasked with elevating and editing resumes to meet best practices standards. You will enhance candidates' original resumes by incorporating improved content and formatting that showcase their professional background effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit high-quality resumes, ensuring they fit within specific templates and adhere to industry best practices.
• Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization and creativity in document creation.
• May create professional letters and other documents for business professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Impeccable language and grammar skills with a strong focus on detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
• Previous writing experience, especially in resume writing, highly preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed expectations.
