Salesforce Admin - Client Experience

Hybrid - 3 days in office each week

Salary: $125k - $150k base + bonus

The Role

In this hybrid role, you'll be the key player in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust client portal within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance the user experience and drive engagement. This mid-level position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce who is ready to take ownership of a significant project.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce-powered client engagement portal.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the portal meets business and client needs.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce tools to improve portal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Ensure the integration of external tools with Salesforce to support portal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, continuously improving the client experience through technical innovation.

Role Requirements

• 2–4 years of Salesforce experience with a focus on building and maintaining client engagement portals. - this is NEEDED for this role
• Demonstrated success in implementing solutions that drive user engagement.
• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing portal features for optimal functionality.
• Strong communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skillsets

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Declarative Automation (Flows, Process Builders).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is highly preferred.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification or similar credentials.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (or Community Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with custom objects and basic Apex is desirable.
• Knowledge of Palantir or a willingness to learn is an added bonus.
