Pay Range: $68 - $73/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes and translating them into reporting/dashboards solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. Responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into CRMA dashboards.
• Also, responsible for developing the high-level strategy to solve business problems.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards.
• Gather reporting dashboard business requirements.
• Design the reporting solutions.
• The role of the developer will be to assist as necessary building reporting dashboard based on Salesforce.com CRMA Analytics platform.
• Develop data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in CRMA.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within CRM Analytics environments.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit testing of integration solutions.
• Able to write complex queries on the data, make sure it is easily accessible, and works smoothly.
• Support various Agile (implementation) teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics)- At least 2–4 years of experience in using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform.
• Relational Database Expertise - 2–4 years of experience working with relational databases
• Salesforce Data Integration - 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce data integration, ensuring connectivity and data transfer between Salesforce and other platforms
• 10 + years.
• Primary Skill-Salesforce CRMA
• Secondary Skill-Salesforce SFDC
• 2- 4 years’ experience in developing reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform
• 2- 4 years’ experience on any relational database.
• 1 – 2 years of Salesforce data integration experience will be ideal.
• Experience in Banking Domain
