Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $80,900–$105,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

We're looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to partner with our cross-functional team of software engineers, quality engineers, and creatives to deliver digital solutions for our customers on the Ramsey+ team.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 6+ years' experience in project management.
• You have great interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• You're flexible and comfortable with frequent change.
• You have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• You're detail oriented.
• You have conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality.
• You're ableto influence without authority and coach peers.
• You're able to teach Kanban and other agile practices to groups.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Oversee workflow across the team, collaborating with the team with a continuous improvement mindset
• Identify project needs with the team in order to execute planned activities and solutions
• Create visibility to the work using Jira
• Drive communication across all teams working on deliverables
• Actively clear workflow blockers to keep the team focused on project goals
• Coach the team in agile practices to deliver the best solutions for our customers quickly and efficiently
• Own metrics on team delivery and efficiency
