Job Title

What does a successful Senior Director, Sponsorship Strategy & Activation do?In this role, you will oversee and manage the Fiserv sponsorship activation strategy for both business-to-business clients and business-to-consumer clients. Your focus will be on sponsorship-related programs, event activations and brand experiences across the organization. Your key objectives will include driving company growth through a strategic plan for the sponsorship and activation programs that align with marketing and event plans to meet or exceed the overall business goals.

What you will do:

• Build and design new-to-Fiserv and Clover capabilities to drive awareness, new business acquisition, and customer engagement.
• Develop a tiered ticket and suite strategy for effective utilization and distribution.
• Build a sponsorship strategy to enhance Fan Activation and Small Business programming.
• Manage investment decisions to maintain program budgets.
• Coordinate delivery of a complete Fan Activation and SMB activation experience.
• Collaborate with all levels of key internal Fiserv and external stakeholders, partners, and clients, ensuring that requirements are defined, strategies are aligned, timelines are meticulously managed, and success metrics are established and tracked for all sponsorships and activations.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience
• 5+ years managing a direct and matrix team
• 10+ years of experience overseeing vendors, agencies
• 10+ years of experience managing external sponsorship and activation campaigns

What would be great to have:

• Master’s degree

• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time required
