What we need:

The Sr Manager International Tax is a senior-level leader that proactively leads a team responsible for managing global tax compliance and supporting strategic tax initiatives. This role ensures accurate and timely compliance with international tax laws, provides guidance on complex tax matters, and supports cross-border projects.

What you’ll do:

• Leads the preparation and review of complex international tax returns and filings, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations.

• Oversees the development and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and documentation.

• Manages international tax audits and inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to tax authorities.

• Reviews and analyzes cross-border transactions, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization

• Provides technical expertise on international tax matters, including treaties, withholding taxes, and foreign tax credits.

• Monitors changes in international tax regulations and communicates implications to key stakeholders.

• Partners with internal teams to ensure tax compliance for global operations and business initiatives

• Manages and mentors a team of tax professionals, fostering skill development and collaboration.

• Prepares and presents reports on international tax positions, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

• Supports the implementation of process improvements and technology solutions for tax compliance and reporting.

• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

• Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

• Frequently interacts with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.

• Performs other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
