Role Overview

As a Systems and Web Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports our growing organization. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing web-based tools, automating window ordering and customer management systems, and integrating new, proprietary technologies to enhance our team's sales and procurement, and customer engagement efficacy. This position is perfect for a self-driven developer who thrives on building innovative solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain internal and external web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience.
• Systems Integration: Build and integrate systems to streamline workflows, data sharing, and communication across teams.
• Database Management: Create and optimize database solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored digital solutions.

We’re seeking a professional who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in web and systems development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Is proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar.
• Has expertise with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Demonstrates strong database knowledge (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Is familiar with cloud-based platforms and tools like AWS or Azure.
• Excels in problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.
