Our client are a IT Services and Consulting firm that specialize in offering cutting-edge services for the federal government industry. They are hiring a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow Agile projects.
Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will assist the ServiceNow Platform Team Lead in planning, managing and coordinating the implementation of ServiceNow Agile projects.
Identify and analyze customers’ information system requirements.
Act as the Scrum lead for multiple ServiceNow application development teams.
Manage and prioritize the backlog based on customer input.
Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitor progress and performance, helping teams to make continuous improvements.
Plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.
Track project processes, deliverables and financials.
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and application development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with backlog management and prioritization based on customer input.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
