Job Description

We’re hiring an innovative social media coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As a member of the digital marketing team, you’ll assist the social media manager to develop a multi-channel social media strategy, create dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identify key digital media opportunities, engage with influencers, and report analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results.   • Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts
  • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
  • Run our social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Work with the social media manager to establish our brand’s online identity
  • Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities
  • Manage daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring timely content posting and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, graphics) using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, followers, conversions), and generate monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and industry communities to build brand visibility and foster relationships.
  • Compile monthly reports of Google and Social Media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video
  • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience
  • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
