Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Explore and recommend new social platforms relevant to key audiences.
Manage social media content calendars for all brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with goals.
Build and grow an employee advocacy/ambassador program.
Facilitate community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and coordinating with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience managing organic B2B social media, ideally within a global tech company or agency.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, goal-setting, and aligning performance metrics with organizational objectives.
Proven expertise in leveraging channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub for B2B engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data, make recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated problem solver who knows when to seek support or collaboration.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with a remote, global team.
Familiarity with developer communities and the ability to create marketing campaigns that resonate with technical audiences is a plus.
Experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

We believe our team is the heart of our success! Here are some of the benefits we offer:
