Tecan CDMO seeks a Senior Test Development Engineer to sustain ICT programs and features. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting ICT for NPI and commercial excellence teams to deliver outstanding results for our trusted partners. This role will train the Production Test Technicians to test in ICT testing. The Senior Test Development Engineer reports to the Test Development Engineering Manager

  Provide engineering support and sustain ICT programs and fixtures on the Keysight i3070 platf
• orm.Interface with customers’ engineers on all ICT-related iss
• ues.Implement Engineering Change Orders (E C Os) and enhancement programs to improve test cover
• age.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis on P
• CBA.Perform new ICT program installation and validation and generate IQ/OQ/PQ repo
• rts.Review board design for adequate ICT coverage by performing
• DFT.Work with component engineers and vendors to analyze component fail
• ure.Generate and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI) to comply with ISO standa
• rds.Please keep the test equipment up to date for PM and Calibrat
• ion.Provide ICT training to test operators and technici

• MENTS:
  5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer working with ICT in a manufacturing environment is ess
• ential.Basic familiarity with electronic circuit components, circuit schematics, and essential test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal gener
• ators).Experience with ICT development, debug programs, and fixtures on the Keysight i3070 pl
• atform.Experience with CAD conversion software and Gerber file comp
• arison.Proficient in using Windows 10 PC, Microsoft Office, and text e
• ditors.A BS/BA degree is highly preferred; relevant experience in place of a degree will be cons
• idered.Excellent problem solving, debug and troubleshooting
