Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at J & J Paint Supply located in Waco, TX. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing store management, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in a body shop and color matching is a plus but not needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
