We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our global tax strategy and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.

What you'll do:

Become a global tax whiz: Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize our tax footprint around the world.
Transfer pricing guru: Lead the development and implementation of our global transfer pricing policies, ensuring we comply with international regulations.
International tax advisor: Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to navigate the complexities of international tax laws and treaties.
Structuring strategist: Advise on tax-efficient corporate structures for global mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
The go-to tax expert: Provide training and guidance to other departments on international tax and transfer pricing matters.
What you'll bring to the table:

7+ years of experience in international tax, with a focus on transfer pricing and corporate structuring.
Proven ability to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies.
Strong understanding of global tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and international tax treaties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to a non-tax audience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or international equivalent a plus.
Experience working with tax authorities on transfer pricing audits is a plus.
