Akkodis is seeking Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ(Hybrid). Responsibilities include providing first-line support via voice and chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service levels while delivering excellent customer care.

Rate Range: $15/hour to $19/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Support job responsibilities include:

· Providing first-line support to internal employees via voice and chat channels, addressing technical issues with Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.

· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Windows 10, MS Office Suite, and Citrix.

· Managing multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining performance metrics and service levels.

· Document issues and resolutions clearly for handover to second-line teams when first-line resolution is impossible.

· Collaborating with regional and international partners to deliver best-in-class client care.

· Maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing tasks.

· Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to customer service and call/chat handling.

· Participating in in-house technical training and real-time support from peers and subject matter experts.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

· 3-5 years in a client-facing technical support or customer service role.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Windows 10, and remote support tools like Citrix and VPN.

· Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
