Overview

The company was established 10 years ago, initially working on small repair jobs. They quickly grew, establishing themselves as a trusted and reliable residential roofing contractor before they branched into the commercial industry.

Today, they turnover $20million dollars and their work is split 60/40 between residential and commercial work.

As they continue to grow, they are now expanding their commercial branch and looking for an experienced commercial sales person to join the team and build this area of the business; establishing new relationships with new clients and continuing to nurture their existing relationships.

You will be responsible for shaping the reputation of this business in the commercial market, selling their services across service, repairs, re-roofs and new construction. The main target clients will be HOAs, multifamily, building owners and property managers.

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial roofing sales
  • Previous experience of signing new clients and maintaining existing relationships
  • Create and deliver presentations at board level
  • Comfortable and confident in public speaking to larger groups with an ability to convey technical information to a lay audience
