What you’ll do as the Office Leader:

• Lead and grow our new Houston office, focusing on delivering innovative traffic engineering solutions, specifically for municipal markets.
• Take charge of business development , strengthening client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to offer value-added services to our clients.
• Manage and oversee traffic engineering projects , ensuring timely and quality delivery, all while staying within budget.
• Supervise a talented team , fostering collaboration and ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Represent our consultancy at industry conferences and meetings, establishing a strong presence in the Houston market.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders while continuing to grow the office’s presence and portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years of experience in traffic engineering, ideally in the municipal sector.
• A proven track record of leadership and business development experience.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving in the field of transportation engineering.
• Preferred : PTOE certification.
