We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications, ensuring the consistent messaging of Bela Brand Bat across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sports industry, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Serve as the point of contact for all media inquiries and facilitate media coverage.
• Coordinate and manage events, including press conferences, product launches, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling narratives that promote Bela Brand Bat products.
• Assist with internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Track media coverage and report on communication effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications or public relations, ideally within the sports industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for sports and an understanding of the industry is a plus.
